Communications Coaching.
For the speech, the interview, the presentation — or the moment you’re finally done playing small.
This coaching session is for when you’ve got something to say, and you want to say it clearly, powerfully, and like yourself. We’ll take what you’re trying to communicate and help you deliver it with presence, confidence, and zero robotic energy.
$795 - Say It Like YOU - Includes 4 one-on-one coaching meetings (1 hour each), custom homework, and unlimited email access.
$1,545 - Own the Room - Includes 8 one-on-one coaching meetings (1 hour each), custom homework, and unlimited email access.

$5,995 - Total Overhaul - Includes two clarity sessions (90 minutes each), nine private coaching meetings (1 hour each), 2 emergency focus sessions (30 minutes each), unlimited email access, a written coaching strategy around 3 areas of your business, and a gift bag full of awesome goodies made by other badass women.

Group & Teams Coaching.
Do you work with a group or a team that you’d like me to work with? I use improv techniques to teach important skills like self-trust, confident decision making, failure resistance, and more!
$395 - Includes 6 weeks of group coaching sessions (2 hours each) that incorporate improv training, business coaching, and live Q&A sessions. The next group coaching session is planned for Summer of 2025.

When you’re a woman in business, sometimes it’s hard to zoom out and see the full picture (because you’re so busy with the day-to-day)! It can be incredibly helpful to have a second set of eyes looking at where you are and how to get where you want to go.

Do you know what you want and aren’t sure how to get there? Are you unsure about what you truly want or don’t believe what you want is actually possible? Let’s talk through it, uncover your truest goals, and remove the obstacles that are blocking your path.

I excel at organizing, scheduling, and making things less overwhelming. I can walk you through business concepts that may seem daunting and explain them in a way you won’t need a second degree for. Let’s chunk things down so you can breathe a little easier.

While my job isn’t to do the work for you, I am here to ask the right questions, offer ideas, provide tools, and talk through best practices. I will support you as you become the unstoppable businesswoman you know you are.
